Marilyn Larese is, and has been, a highly regarded training resource for National Steel.  Early on, Ms. Larese accepted a challenge from a newly formed training organization to develop and deliver personal computer training to a mature workforce of an integrated steel plant.  Later, Marilyn used her expertise to develop a Steel Industry Business class which became so popular that it was delivered throughout the corporation.  The development of this training piece clearly highlighted her organizational skills and networking abilities to get a job accomplished in a timely fashion.
