Experience

Marilyn J. Larese, founder and president of MJL Performance Solutions, LLC, has been helping organizations link workplace learning and performance to business strategy for 18 years.  Her areas of expertise include leadership development, communication, team building, mentoring, employee orientation, and business acumen.  She also has extensive experience developing and presenting technical training programs using business systems by Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Indus (EMPAC - computerized maintenance management system), as well as health and safety training materials.

Education

Ms. Larese earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration and an advanced degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
